Privacy policy

This policy explains how the TICHUANG AGRI B2B enquiry website handles project and contact information.

Clear enquiry flow

The form prepares an email draft on your device. The website does not silently submit the completed RFQ to a database. Your information is transmitted only after you review the draft and press Send in your email application.

1. Who controls the information

Website operator: TICHUANG AGRI export coordination team, based in Qingdao, China. TICHUANG AGRI is the brand used for this machinery enquiry website and is not presented as a manufacturer, official representative or exclusive distributor. Privacy contact: privacy@tichuangagri.com. The contracting legal entity, if a project proceeds, is identified in the written quotation and commercial documents before payment.

2. Information an enquiry may include

Country and region; buyer identity; company or farm; potato growing area; tractor brand, model, power and PTO; number of rows and row spacing; soil and stone conditions; target machine; quantity; purchase timing; destination port; machinery import experience; name; email; WhatsApp; and your consent to use those details to evaluate and respond to the enquiry.

3. Why the information is used

4. Legal basis and choice

You choose whether to send the prepared email. We use the information to respond to your request and take steps before a possible commercial contract. You can close the email draft without sending it.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Project details may be shared only as needed with a relevant manufacturing, technical, logistics or service partner to evaluate model fit, configuration, price, packing, delivery or support. Because the operator and relevant partners may be in China while buyers are overseas, an enquiry may involve an international transfer.

6. Email delivery and retention

Messages sent to sales@tichuangagri.com are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's working mailbox. Enquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and follow the project, maintain commercial records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your information, and may withdraw consent where consent applies. Send requests to privacy@tichuangagri.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required.

8. Cookies and analytics

No advertising pixel, third-party analytics or non-essential cookie is enabled in this first public version. Basic hosting and security logs may be processed to deliver and protect the website.

9. Security and contact

Reasonable access controls and reputable hosting and email-routing services are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. For privacy or security questions, contact privacy@tichuangagri.com.

10. Updates

This page will be updated when the enquiry flow, analytics, processors or operating details materially change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
